Scrap Inspection Service

We provide Inspection for any export related cargo shipments. The inspectors are trained and qualified to handle your requirements.

We work with different exporters such as Dubai, India, Bangladesh, Turkey and many more.

Below are the things that are covered when inspecting:

1. Check packing list details against the actual materials and that they are

   • Free from toxic chemical, radioactive materials, inflammables, explosives, organic matters originated from animals or plants with danger of epidemic diseases and medical waste.

   • Free from bombs, arms, ammunitions, torpedoes, mines, shells, cartridges, seal containers or tanks or envelopes, gas cylinder, explosive shells or explosive material in any form.
      

2. Specifications are identified.

3. Gets shipper information

4. Digital photos are taken and sent by email. Loading pictures procedure are taken in order:

   • Empty Container

   • ½ Filled

   • ¾ filled

   • Full Container

   • Full Container with One Door Closed (Door with  container # has to be closed)

   • All Doors Closed with Seal

5. Check weight ticket after loading is finished

6. Providing 2 days of inspection time for the same container or 10 minimum hours. There is an extra charge for additional hours.

7. Choose which state or city is the inspection going to be held and choose the nearest one that’s close to your vendor to avoid more charges.

8. Any additional requirement from your end should be indicated in writing like check other necessary documents needed.

9. All payment should be directed to ACE TRADERS in advance. Note that you will need a booking # first, prior to contacting us.

10. There are currently 75 inspectors across the USA. Service fee at an affordable   price

11. Fee starts at $1000.00 with minimum 5 containers leaving at same time.
