• For systems & Monitors: Customers can place an order on type of equipment he prefers to buy. Prior to faxing a PO, the Buyer can use the Purchase calculator which will determine the pallet count, total purchased amount, once the input has been made. • Fax/Email (attached) a Purchase Order to ACE TRADERS. A purchase Order can also be downloaded here send PO.

• Once the purchase order is approved, ACE TRADERS will fax the PERFORMA INVOICE to the client to review, sign, and return by email or fax, to 408 436 8585. Confirmed invoice by the customer are the final and correct invoice.

• Orders are process for at least 5 up to a maximum 8 working days. Container pickup are scheduled by us but shipping is scheduled by the Freight Forwarders.

• ACE TRADERS will obtain shipping quotes from freight forwarders and forward to customer. You can also use our Online Calculator for freight cost at Online calculator. Use the weight and dimension table.

• As of 11/01/2006 - Any SGS Inspection, will be charged extra. Please call us for the existing rates.

• Any additional shipment that will not come from ACE TRADERS will be charge $50.00 per pallet.

• The client will then wire transfer the payment for the amount as indicated on the invoice total. Bank information will be in the Invoice.

• Once payment is received by ACE TRADERS the merchandise will be packaged and shipped to the client's ship to address. Shipments are done door to port.

• Equipment will arrive at the customer's local customs.

• Customer pays customs duties, then removes the cargo from customs.

SHIPPING

• ACE TRADERS obtains shipping quotes on all exported shipments from freight forwarders.

• All equipment shipped are insured for loss or damage. Buyer is responsible for the cost.

• All computer and monitor orders are minimum 20' (twenty feet) containers or 40' (forty feet) containers, depending on the sizes of the item. A 20 ft container can handle 10 palettes while the 40 ft. can have 20 palettes.

• 14" (fourteen inch) and 15" (fifteen inch) Monitors are packed 36/45 per pallet.

• 17" (seventeen inch) Monitors are packed 24/30 per pallet.

• Computers are packed 50/60 per pallet. Slim type is 165 per pallet.

• 19"-21" (nineteen to twenty one inch) are 18 in a palette.

• NO PERSONAL ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN A COMMERCIAL CARGO.

• BUYERS can also use their Freight Forwarders.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS (BOTH AIR & OCEAN)
Restocking fee of 25% after 24 hrs. Processing had taken place and goods had been ordered. The 50% will only be charged if the goods had been ordered and shipped to our warehouse.


APPLICABLE LAW
You agree that the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. shall apply to any issue that may arise with ACE TRADERS regarding this site and to settle dispute in the courts of the state of California U.S.A.
