Computer Inspection Service - Export

We provide Inspection and Testing service for any export related cargo shipments. Member inspectors are trained and qualified to handle your requirements.
They work with different exporters such as Tanzania, Benin, Hong Kong, Egypt, Peru, Uruguay and many more. All reports and pictures are sent by email after the loading.

Below are the things that are covered when inspecting:

  1. Check packing list details

  2. Tally total units in each pallet. Specifications are checked.

  3. Packing to be in export standard.

  4. Check shipper information

  5. Digital photos are taken and sent by email. Loading pictures procedure are taken in order:

    • Empty Container

    • ½ Filled

    • ¾ filled

    • Full Container

    • Full Container with One Door Closed (Door with  container # has to be closed)

    • All Doors Closed with Seal

    • Position of the pallets-Scanned (applicable only, if there are multiple orders of different types

  6. Providing 2 days of inspection time for the same container or 10 minimum hours. There is an extra charge for additional hours.
    Any additional requirement from your end should be indicated in writing.

  7. All payment should be directed to ACE TRADERS in advance. You will need a booking # first, prior to requesting an inspection.

  8. There are currently 75 inspectors across the USA. Service fee at an affordable   price

  9. Our fee starts from $350.00.

  10. ACE TRADERS/Inspectors are not liable for any damage upon arrival of the goods in their country of destination. We recommend you to have insurance when shipping your materials.
