We are here to serve you, the customer, as best as we can and are very much interested in long term relationships.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders can be placed by sending an e-mail to acetraders2000@yahoo.com or calling our Sales Department. All the orders are subject to the review and acceptance procedures. To ensure prompt processing of orders, Corporate/reseller customers should:

Full payment must be made on time to avoid changes in the inventory which will results in the delay of the shipment. We will not be responsible for the delay in the shipment unless the buyer agrees on the new inventory as his/her
replacement.
All the products and prices are subject to be changed. Once an order is submitted they are your final sales price. List prices do not include tax and freight.
Buyer cannot use their shipper's account.
For Domestic Sales, we accept credit card payments through PAY PAL.
Customers can inspect the equipment.
EXPORT
Please review our EXPORT PROCEDURE before making a purchase. Orders with incomplete information will not be accepted.
We advise buyers to have their own freight forwarders ready to avoid delay in shipment. Shipping quotes are only good for one month. There is now an additional fee of $80.00 for documents (Invoice) sent to the buyer. Documents are sent by FEDEX or UPS. The hours are extended for overseas customers.

Payments should be done by Wire transfers only. No Credit Card payments are accepted.
ORDER RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION
End users, Purchasers may cancel or reschedule a purchase order; however, they will pay a fee for doing so. The fee is based on a percentage of the list price (excluding freight and tax).
Order cancellation will have 25% cancellation fee based on total amount ordered. Deposit will be refunded but the 25% will be retained for canceling the order. This only applies if the order was already placed towards the customers invoice.
Product Acceptance
All products received as ordered are considered "accepted". All sales are final.
RETURNS
- Returns due to lack of technical understanding of how to make the item work are not acceptable.
- Exchanges can be done on a case to case basis and for a certain period of time. Exchange or credit will be in “materials” only.
- Used equipment don’t have warranties. They are described as “AS IS”.
- Every item shipped will have an RMA no ( pls refer to #2) Send a request by email. This will process your return faster.
- Return merchandise must be in its original condition (item & packaging, except when the package is damage) because we find most returned items do still work.
- A 15% re-stocking fee shall be applied to all returned non-defective item.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred in shipping back the product. Products above $250.00 should be insured. Damages resulted from shipping is not our responsibility.

Our LIABILITY is limited to the invoice value of the merchandise or its replacement.
AUCTIONS
Auctions are also available on excess or older products and most of times are held in EBAY. For auctions held in other sites, please be reminded that they have their own Terms and Conditions. Deliveries are made within 48 hrs after the auction ends.
PAYMENT TERMS
We accept money order, cashier's checks, Wire Transfers and credit cards as payments for retail goods &services. We accept credit card payments through Pay pal. It is a longer process but we find it safer and secure to use their service. If you are paying by credit card, use only the ones that belong to you or to your company. A mismatch of address in the card will not get an approval and will delay the shipment of goods. No credit card payments will be accepted for amounts over $500.00.
We do not accept credit card, check payments or money order for International orders. All Cashier Checks go to a FRAUD UNIT in our bank and will clear the same number of days as that of a regular check. No goods are shipped until the check has been cleared. Tracking nos. will be provided after shipments were made. No C.O.D. deliveries. L/C Payments are for commodities/Agricultural or Ferrous/Non Ferrous products only.
For companies (local and international), please fax your company information with bank and trade references. You can also register at our site. We will need your reseller's permit or business permits copy. Transactions cannot be initiated without these requirements (12.10.00). ACE TRADERS is a member of the U.S. WOMEN’S CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
PRIVACY POLICY
The operators of this site neither collect nor use any information from site visitors.
APPLICABLE LAW
You agree that the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. shall apply to any issue that may arise with ACE TRADERS regarding this site and to settle dispute in the courts of the state of California U.S.A.
